"Two Tribes"

Both the Native Americans and the natives of Scotland were subjugated and used by the English Government in 18th Century America. Sometimes Indians and Scots were pitted against one another, sometimes they were allies. Both societies were noted for the ferocity of their warriors and were regarded as “savages” by the English, and were employed at the forefront of battle.
